Dressing for the office always looks a little more casual in the summer months. With people OOO heading on trips for the season, things tend to relax a bit. At one of my first jobs the summer months meant I was not required to wear a tie (fully cinched up September through May)– so things have changed quite a bit for me as I typically now decide which pair of sneakers to go with. But just because I now have a more non traditional work environment or dress code, doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate a good office look – especially in a summer polo and trousers kind of way.
